Eternal, our God,
Watch over our native land.
Let rancor and anger submerge
beneath calm waters of reason.
Let those who speak with two tongues,
be silent
and listen to cries for justice.
Let those who have two hearts,
feel
the beating pulse of the dying who ask for mercy.
Let those who have two faces,
turn away from
bigotry and prejudice
from unending pretending and offending
and see only the truth.
Put an end to
democracy hypocrisy.
Amen.
